More Details of Annapurna Region


Annapurna region lies towards the north of central Nepal and is one of the most popular trekking destinations in the country-offering a variety of excellent treks of all grades and styles. The region introduce us Nepal’s spectacular diversity at its finest: various tribes and castes, a wide range of terrain wooded alpine pastures from sub-tropical rainforest deep valleys deepest gorge of the world. On the way cross the Thorong La pass (5416m), a challenging ascent and encounter numerous monkeys, birds and flowers.

The Annapurna Region, north of the middle hills city and the trekking base city of Pokhara, includes Annapurna I, the 10th tallest mountain in the world at 8,091 meters above sea level, as well as thirteen additional peaks over 7,000m and 16 more peaks over 6,000m. All of these treks offer amazing views of this mountain range.
